    I find using Viagra make it very hard to achieve orgasm and really prolongs PIV sex with no adverse affects for her. I've even been frustrated from cumming at all.

    The trick to using a sleeve, is to use the bare minimum of lube needled to put it on. If you get the amount of lube just right, you won’t slide around inside the sleeve. Too much, and the sliding causes friction and you know what that causes.

    A strapon is a mind bender. You see it, you are going through the right motions, but you have no sensation.

    It is possible to put on a penis sleeve while being locked! However, since the sleeves tend to be soft, if the cage is small (smaller than HT small), it cannot fill completely the hollow part and the sleeve can bend during PIV. You can insert some plastic / silicon fillings into the sleeve before running it over the cage.
