One piece of advice I would give is to try the double rings

FYI, I used the sizing rings but haven't yet ordered my jailbird. Re: the rings though,
1. They have a small sharp "lip" from the mold they were made in so be a little careful or you'll abrade your man parts
2. On the base ring, once I thought I had the right one I wore it for most of the day to see how it felt in different situations and I wore it overnight. It's round and mistress mm recommends having them bend the actual base ring to slightly oval. I mention it because I ended up with some ball pain and a little nausea when sitting at my desk for awhile. I think this is due to myballs being pressed down against the ring, especially when the ring inched forward on my scrotum so it was directly under my balls. I suspect the oval will be a little more forgiving in that it won't slip under my balls so much when sitting. Just something to consider.
3. The instructions say to redo your measurements multiple times and this is excellent advice. Just the act of putting the rings in place (base ring, cock circumference ring) can (probably will) cause some blood flow so you have to get multiple measures (length too) to be sure you've really measured your junk at rest / fully flaccid.

I had further questions and Mistress MM was quick to respond and thorough. One of my questions was too detailed so she said to call and we have a good chat where she clarified things for me.

I'm curious since I haven't ordered yet - the sizing info says 90% are good w/a 3/8" gap while long time experienced players w/a stretched scrotum might like 1/4" and newbies with a "high and tight scrotum" might want 1/2". Did you order and the gap didn't work for you? If so, did you send back to MM for an adjustment? What has been your final experience? Thanks.

 

I needed the 1/2" gap because I'm high and tight. Will other cages, I found the standard gap left me feeling sore after a few days. In the end I ordered 2 rings, one with the 3/8 gap and one with the 1/2 gap. Far easier to do this than send it back to be adjusted.

 

I'm in the same boat, my beautiful Miss has really started to see the benefits to her of having me locked up. She is also really happy that she will be the Queen in a FLR , she made most of the decisions anyway, now she knows the powers she has.
Made me kiss her massive Boobs this morning ,of course whilst I'm locked, and has given me a list of jobs to do today around the house, she stated if I'm good I might get to kiss a little lower on her body tomorrow morning. ! 14 days locked 24 /7. And 2 1 days all be it missing 1 day because of hospital visit.

 

Congrats on getting yout lady on board...it took me a number of years too and its a work in progress!
Measurements are still mysterious to me...I fit the standard chinese 50mm rings with plenty of finger room, and it gives me ball slippage, so I then tried the 45mm ring which feels comfortable with zero slippage...but then after a day or so I feel an ache going down my right leg ...
So I reduced the gap on the 50mm and no more slippage...
