    I'm almost there. Last weeks the weight loss went very well. I have now lost 17 kilos (37 pounds) and am almost at my initial target. Glad with the suuport and guidance of my Keyholder. She motivates me enormously. Happy with the result so far. On to the last mile.

    In the end, it all comes down to taking in fewer calories than you burn. So eating less and exercising more. I exercise quite a bit already, but I started doing it more frequently and add walking more between sport activities. And my Keyholder adds a number of sporting moments whether or not combined with assignments. Very happy with that.

    In terms of diet, I can only do it with an all or nothing strategy. So that has become nothing, at least very little. No sugars, no snacks, no alcohol. And in terms of food, especially less carbohydrates and more salads, yogurt and grains. And my Keyholder and I have made agreements about the number of portions of meat. And we also agreed on no more eating after dinner. That was the bottleneck for me, since I go to bed late. It helps me a lot to stick to the plan because otherwise there are consequences. The constant hungry feeling is getting les over time. Also, there is a weekly weigh-in and that determines if I am eligible to orgasm yes or no. But so far it has been very successful. Very happy and grateful.

    Thank you for this. It's appreciated and makes perfect sense. Like you, I can do without, but I fail trying to do "just a little bit" So your quote here is right on the money, I feel:

    I admit my weakness is alcohol. When I limit that, the weight falls off of me.

    For me "just a little bit" doesn't work either. Alcohol is not a problem for me, just the food.

    You bet. And while we all define "excess weight" differently, I think me, and a lot of us, fall into the category where losing some weight is a wise move.

    I've come to feel that the sugar is the true enemy. (alcohol itself is ok, the problem weight-wise is that it is served in grapejuice!)

    What's also going to be fascinating is that you can't lose weight indefinitely. So will your key holder adjust her standard? Or will your orgasms gradually reduce to zero? Intriguing thought.

    Yes she does. In advanced we determined a goal which is almost reached. After that, my Keyholder will build in some stabilization for some period. Don't know what is coming next but we agreed till November. But it has gone very well this period, better and faster than expected. I'd like to keep the flow...

    Thank you for the kind and interested postings. Like Knox_ said we agreed on this until November, but we will definitely continu this process (with new goals/rewards/punishments) after that. The first goal is loosing the weight, the second one is maintaining a healthy weight.

    Today I have reached my target!!! After 3 months of hard work, dedication, focus and minimising of food, a lot of excercising, the initial target is reached. I lost 19 kilo’s (42 pounds) and so happy with the result. Couldn’t do it without the support and dedication from my beloved @KeyholderD ! And ahead of schedule for November.

    Now a period of stabilization and very motivated to keep this weight and possibly take another step in the right direction. But I'm sure my Keyholder will keep me to it strictly.

    Chastity helped me a lot as well, by earning a possible orgasm for every kilo I lost. It gave me focus and perseverance. Welcome to my new life I guess....

    Does your KH makes you exercise caged en plugged as well? On a normal basis? Just to motivates you?
    Performed a 5K run first thing in the morning plugged and caged and wearing a thong in tight runningshorts....

    While the cage and the thong/jock is always part of my workout, I am lucky she doesn't have me wear a plug. Ouch, your bum must be sore after that run ; )
