    Hi,
    I'm G.
    living in the Netherlands
since a couple days i started using a cage with urethral tube.

cage is realy comftrable, fits goods. the tube does too. not to thick, not to thing. perfect size (for my feeling)

allthough, when i pee, its comming out in little parts, with stops inbetween. morse code like.
doesn't spray anywhere or anything. realy clean.
just really annoying i cant pee decently. because of the morse code peeing, pressure builds up a bit and get irritating.. no hurts whatsoever though.

does any of you know what the problem can be ?

btw, if i try the urethral tube without the cage, it is still the same.
So my guess would be, that it has something to do with the tube..

    could use some good advise!

    Thanks peeps!!

I haven’t tried a tube yet. It seems a lot of people avoid them because of the fear of UTIs

might be a ring sizing issue. When I was using too tight a base ring, especially early on with the cb6000, I had to push really hard to urinate while caged, and it would come through in spurts as the pressure overcame the pinch in my urethra for a second.

I am in a stainless steel Nub and peeing is without difficulties but it sprays so I have to push the cage down and keep my hand over it to prevent the spray from going all over the place. Just wash your hands very well and all is OK. If you experience urinary problems with or without the cage I would see a doctor to make sure all is well.
    Take care, Lisa

Welcome to our community. I hope you find it helpful and enjoyable. The only issue i can see that might match your description is pressure in the tube, due to small diameter, causes a temporary back up resulting in a short stoppage of flow. But i'm neither an engineer or physicist, so just a guess. :)

You probably have obstruction caused by inside of urethra pushing into the tube and blocking it. A larger tube or tube end may help you. Is your tube steel or flexible?

Greetings Traveler! Welcome to the Mansion!!! I personally don't use an insert and I have no interest in one for myself... but I would try it without if you haven't already.

ring isn't the problem. even without the cage and/or ring, and just the tube inserted, the problem stays. so must have something to do with the tube.

that doesn't sound wrong at all actually! tube is about 15cm long 8mm thick. it's perfect in width for my size. don't really think the length has something to do with it ? thickness isseus sounds about right.
    inner diameter probably then?

yeah, so peeing without any device is normal. just as usual. but once the tube is in place, it doesnt flow freely. with intervals. its a flexibel tube 15cm long bij 8mm wide. the ends are, like you said, a little thinner (the opening) inner diameter).
outside stays the same width trueout the whole length.
