I have been in a MM Jailbird for a while and it was just a bit too big so I ordered a Pet Keep a few months ago and just got it yesterday. The Pet Keep is damn near perfect. I went down one size on the base ring and a quarter inch on the lengthnof their cage (i think its their smallest size). Instantly after putting it one I couldnt even tell it was there. The sizing was perfect and it super comfortable. The flat metal bars feel so secure. I had them add an additional flat bar under the head of the penis covering the glans area. Its so amazing not being able to touch that sensitive area at all. There is a little more coverage which may require more diligent cleaning. I wore it last and barely noticed it. No buring or crushing sensation when i would get hard. I only felt a little pressure and then i would either get up to pee or roll over and go back to sleep again. I love this device and am looking forward to staying locked up for a long, long time.
