So I’m wearing an HT3, I can hardly fit my small finger in the base, blood flow is good. My problem is that everything just seems to twist and hang sort of low. I’m in a standard tube and if I grow any it pushes everything away and starts to twist which after a while after everything goes back to normal the whole device is still hanging low and I have to readjust. Everything is secure, I have anti pullout but I would like for everything to stay straight and closer to my body. Is this a sizing or genetic issue?

When completely flaccid, do you have space at the end of the tube?

If you leave room to grow, ...you will.
It's much easier to prevent an erection than to stop one in progress
You might want to consider a tube that's slightly shorter than your flaccid length.
