Hello. I have almost the same, and i love to wear it, especially if your key holder used to love tuny cages... Everything depends on your flaccid size, as This cage is really short for long term ... For me, no growing up after the main ring, quite confortable for short time wearing... but it s only a fetish jewelry, as i cant wear it more than 2 days in a raw.
I have one like it and it is my most comfortable one. I'm quire small, flaccid or erect, so that probably helps. I do have problems with holes in cap, as skin tends to push out. Also, peeing is messy - i would love a bidet to help with that. But I think you'll like it.

I normally get a night time erection. Mine isn't strong enough to break free, although it may move some. I actually enjoy them, as it feels like my little guy is trying so hard, but can't get it done. The tight feeling is like a confirmation that it was a good decision to be put in a cage.
I have this exact cage and if it wasn't so unsanitary it would be all that I wore. If you're not getting out to clean and air dry daily or at least every other day you will develop skin problems. I've got one that is nearly useless without using the urethral tube. With that in, and with experience, can go for about 2 weeks before it's disgusting and needs thorough cleaning... As far as erections I keep hearing about.. you'd have to be dangling and afforded the opportunity to try, but with snug undies, all that's there will be a chromed head and balls properly 'tucked' or held in place. I have very strong night time erections. It will push even this short cage a good 3 inches or so away from my body.
I have the same cage and am using it longterm. It is the most comfortable cage I have used, as previous ones like the CB3000 were much too big for me. Hygeine is an issue, bu I find if I make sure my pee hole is lined up with the centre hole of the cap and shower regularly I can keep it reasonably clean.
I bought two similar devices for my sub from Lock the Cock. It was a waste of money as he could slip right out of the back in less than one second. I got a similiar one after listening to online reviews of how one should downgrade to smaller cages over time.. wife says ok wondering eventually how a little boy’s penis would look like.. ok.. its been 2 years.. not sure of you.. for me i have discarded it… the tiny holes result in a pee shower instead of a stream.. and urine can be held back within the rounded cup.. during forced erection.. little flesh sticking out of the holes makes it really unappealing… sorry for being so graphical..
yes but that why you has to sit down to pee and then it ok. and if you put a little tube thingy on the cage that help as well.
