Does anyone workout in chastity? I've particularly had issues doing single arm kettlebell swings or double arm kb swings while in chastity bc I hit my cage with my arm. Anyone found any solutions to this?
Don't do them! . Sorry about that my inner child just makes me write such things! Actually what are "kettle ball swings"? As you can probably guess, I do not frequent my local gymnasium or work out.
I workout while caged. I lift very heavy. Competitive powerlifter and strongman nationally. Never had a problem. Yes, gotta watch your form on a few exercises, but never had an "ouch" moment.
I too lift several days a week and I do incorporate various kettle bell exercises into my workout without issue. I thought I would trouble while doing martial arts but found it wasn’t an issue so long as my form is correct. As also mentioned above form is really important to avoid the ouch moments
The bigger isue for me in the gym is not exposing myself in chastity in the locker room when I change. I turn my back to others when I change in or out of my shorts. How do other people handle this? (Part of me wishes I was brave enough to say "F*** it let them see me as I am)

Any other fitness guys out there with underwear suggestions for working out? I usually use a male specific thong, trunks or boxer briefs.
I'm just getting up to regular exercise after some major medical issues the past 5 years. Plan to break out my 'bell soon.
I've never had issues. I wear Skins/bike shorts under my workout clothes to keep cage movement to a minimum
For working out, I tend to wear athletic panties that helps keep me in place, then layer boxer briefs over that (to help with chub rub). The combination helps when I do swings and any powerlifts as well as running, jumping, and other cardio.
Thanks but I need to fully change when I put in my gym cloths and when I shower. Honestly I don't think anyone cares that much we are all adults. But I sure as heck do not use the gym at work and riSk being seen by a co-worker
We have a home gym. I am proud of it and actually am texting this in here between laundry reps and online school. Sissy panties that have that pouch but are tight everywhere else actually keep even heavy metal cages in place if you size right, (and have built your ass enough to fill them out.) hence why she likes me targeting hips ass and leg supplemental filling out exercises so much now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07411SNQ6/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_4ba-CbFP7M2K2 Deadlift, squat, overhead press, Turkish get ups are my 8-15 rep bread and butter for definition and strength/cardio/aesthetic lifts. Doing 1 leg versions of those exercises with just kettlebells works great if you can mix in pull-ups too for some rounding out. Instead of Swings in Cages, Do Weighted Hip Thrusts Your cage doesn’t get in the way as movements where your hand goes between your legs. I train with Persian meels, Indian clubs, mace bell, etc as I like to have a stable base for judo/bjj and helps with my grip strength and coordination. I do a push pull leg split and mix in sparring and supplemental lifts. This has been my routine for a long time now and learned a lot through school, research and great online resources like Jeff Nippard and AthleanX (avoid injury guy) on YouTube. People hurt or wanting to avoid injury should research correct body movements and positions, record yourself and see if your form needs correcting or if there’s imbalances happening. If you are going for feminine astetics follow Jeff’s wife’s guides like the one I linked, but Dr. Nippard is one of the most trustworthy source of info from a phd holding guy if you want to get swole. Hope that helps a bit. Fitness can be frustrating and I don’t want people hurt by bad sources of info and I wanted to throw in my 2 cents. My appologies for the long windeness.
I have done a couple of Simple and Sinister workouts at home with the HTv3 knockoff lately. So only hardstyle 1h swings experience. Wearing tight underwear/compression thights to keep it close as possible to the body its doable. Its not ideal since the bell afaik should be as intimate as possible to get the best explosive power transfer from the hips. Cycling: Ive done some grocery shopping. Its both pain and pleasure. For longer outdoor sessions/Zwift I would have to take it off I think for comfort/health reasons. In theory with a bluetooth padlock and Strava logging, I can see why not the KH wouldnt allow this since you are totally electronicly supervised
I wear trunk style boxers, or briefs. Nothing crazy. As for a favorite lift? Not really. I have a few things I'm particularily good at, but not necessarily a favorite.
I go to swimming pool locked in chastity cage. No problem at all with swimming trunks. Much more embarrassing moment is that I shave my legs and body. But anyway it's much better than be hairy like a monkey imho
