Ive been trying to reach neosteel for weeks with no response.. I want to order a masterpiece belt but I am scared now that they have absolutely no contact method.. has anyone else experienced this before? now a small backstory I bought from neosteel many many many years ago without issues but now I am sitting here wandering if they are even still in business? anyone know whats going on? ive heard of simular issues with other suppliers and infact dealing with another lately too I also bought a belt from Access Denied last year I received it in feb of this year I've been trying to get it fixed the size is completely messed up and I double, triple checked my measurements. I reached out to them we talked I need to send the belt back but I don't have an address and I cant get them to answer my emails or skype anymore.. I am at a loss here..
Not had experience myself, but I think I remember someone else posting something similar, have you tried searching the forum for similar posts? Hope you get sorted.
yea still no response from either. only one I had any contact with is my-steel they seem to be responsive I ordered the measuring kit and it was shipped quickly
Neosteel is very difficult to figure out thire products. If you order and make a mistake Mr Mende will let you know then about there doubl epictures for the same item and such . Neosteel is a difficult site whil etheybare in business. You need to be very careful and ask lot of question before you order and not get a big surprise. Am currently dealing with what was supposed to be a non silicon hip band but came with silicon An dgess what that is what ordered. Evan though have been studying the site for two years to get exactly what i wanted . Details are not good to mach the pictures things seem to be hidden . Not a problem for the creator of the site . yes mail to and from neosteel may well take 6 weeks .. but when in dialogue it is important that you ask many questions and also to the pictures .. for that is not all you can see. and then I think you should talk to others who use neosteel belts so that you can elucidate the things you may or may not know ... are you sitting on a bicycle today .. has a meaning. I really enjoy my belt and I have also been visiting Neosteel which is both nice and really nice and see the latest things

smile. yes they are not like most. when i write with them it goes up to 6 weeks from i get one was ... that's how it is to deal with neosteel .. it has made me want to make more of getting just the belt i want to I have to work a lot more to get it right ... I don't feel it is a problem ... and as I feel it, Neosteel would rather do it for me and other than sell many more belts ... and when you visit them they are incredibly sweet and nice to talk to and they really like to show everything. so just be patient ..... I would say
no it's been on holiday ... they told us when we visited them in august .. but it is therefore quite nominal with 4 - 6 weeks response time
