Careful of spikes and urethral inserts! The former can cause quite nasty damage! The latter can lead to infection! You do not want an infection in your pipework believe me! Had one before and it's bloody horrible!

While I do own some cages with spikes and or tubes, as previous posts also have stated, those are not for long term wearing.
That said they are a great tool for a kinky session.

The tube needs to be regularly cleaned. The spikes can cause serious damage. On the other hand a 2 hour session or maybe even a overnight lockup in such a cage is delightful torture.

What you really should do is find out, what your Mistress intentions are. If she plans to lock you up in such a device long term, tell her about these concerns. If she doesn't listen, as hard as that seems, she probably is not a good person.

The type of chastity torture device you describe is for short term only.Something properly fitted, safe,and suitable for everyday is needed for long term chastity.Hygiene is important, as is comfort.

 

Be careful, read about chastity on this site, do not use inserts or spikes, there are many inexpensive devices at DH Gates. You may have to modify them to fit your body but it is a good place to start.
Make sure you TRUST your KH, especially if you are unable to remove the device. There are many fun ways to use chastity, hopefully both of you have good imaginations but be safe.

I would echo what others say you really do not want spikes and a tube for long term wear as spikes can lead to real damage and the tubes can lead to infections.
In my opinion the key to a successful chastity relationship is not only the right fitting cage but the right fit for a KH, your safety and wellbeing should be paramount.
I am on cage no 6 now and still have not found a suitable cage for long term use, though the cb6000 was a good starting point for me and was my first cage which is still in use today for short periods (7-10 days).

If your KH insists on spikes and a tube maybe you need to find a different KH.
