I have ordered a very snug device with a flexible urethra tube. I'm wondering if anyone has experience wearing a tube inserted 24/7 for a longer term? The tube length with it is about 2 5/8" and I have ordered one just under 6" also. s-l1600z.jpg

Personally I've had no problems longest I've had the insert in without removing has been 8 days, when I first tried it I didn't shorten the urethral tube do it was poking in a little too far and cased pain so I altered if after a few days respite, mine extends just past the base ring, makes peeing a hell of a lot easier and I don't want u o attempt to pull out but you do hear some bad stories about infections etc but I think that will be fown to the tube being too long, individual's health like making them prone to infections and also hygiene

Thank you for the reply! I'm experienced in sound and catheter play but not for a longer term. I would plan on removing for a good cleaning probably weekly or a little longer. All the years and things I have inserted I only got a UTI once. The tube that comes with the cage also goes just past the base ring.

I've had issues with those flexible tubes. the point where the metal meets the silicone or whatever it is can be poorly aligned or the metal tip can be not be polished correctly and cause bleeding, which it did for me :0 You really want a full metal one that is completely checked over for smoothness.

Lots of people use these quite a bit with no adverse effects.
I am not at all convinced that they are safe long term.

I have my reasons that I've mentioned before on CM i'll say no more on the matter.

It seems pretty obvious that the connection between the meal and plastic parts might be a place for bacteria to grow. I agree that a full metal tube is safer. I have worn my Steelworks Looker01 with the tube for a week at a time with no ill effects.

I have metal ones. Never worn long term. For these plastic ones my fear would be the metal tip coming dislodged while inserted. Then it’s not coming out without serious intervention.
