my advice is be very, very careful. If you pitch it wrong, or misjudge her reaction, your marriage is gone. Good luck
Start slow. Personally I would start with the cross dressing... its probably the HARDEST part for both of you to emotionally deal with. I would have a nice dinner and evening with her, sex and all of that. And then the next day ask if you can talk and admit you want to open up more to her about your inner feelings. Also be clear about your boundaries... If you only cross dress in private be clear about this. If you're leaning toward trans-gendered or public dressing, that's quite a bit different for her to adjust to emotionally and functionally in life. If you can get over the dressing then you can move more toward if she has any dominate interests or not in the realm of chastity.
