Hi @SlaveDavid Welcome to the mansion Many guys struggle with sizing, so you aren't alone there. A couple of thoughts: I don't have experience with the CB6000, but plenty of guys here are either currently using one or have used one in the past. From what I understand, experimenting with different combinations of base rings and spacers might help. Eg when using a 45mm ring, maybe try using a smaller spacer (unless you were already using the smallest spacer lol), or maybe when using the 40mm ring use a larger spacer. How did you determine the 150mm circumference? I don't think using a piece of string is particulalrly accurate - tend not to pull the string tight enough, so get an overestimate of the required circumference. Mathematically, Circumference = pi * Diameter. So Diameter = Circumference divided by pi. In your case 150/pi = 47.75mm The MaleChastityNow website has a FAQ on sizing, and they recommend using sizing rings. The link to the FAQ is http://malechastitynow.com/faq.html The sizing rings give a much more accurate estimate of the necessary base ring size. And they are pretty cheap. As @Allen1987 suggests, getting a cheap knock-off Holy Trainer rather than the real deal is a good idea first up. I think the base rings for the knock off Holy Trainers come in the same size as the CB. However, the shape of the HT base ring is different to the CB and the HT doesn't have spacers. So a base ring size that doesn't work for the CB might work for the HT. I have used a HT briefly. The actual cage/tube is very comfortable - I hardly notice it is there. My problem with the HT is the largest base ring is a bit too tight on me, so that part isn't overly comfortable. But it sounds like you won't have that problem. Good luck
