    No damage but I was thinking to make things more secure I could make a 3D printed titanium break away screw that would break off flush and then use loctite red or epoxy to set it. At the base of the pin there is a flange where it sets. I could also make a couple of notches for the epoxy to hold there too. So even if the screw was drilled out it would still be stuck.

    Who knows? Best way is to MAKE the new device, maybe test it to check it works OK, then hand it to Mina. If and whenever then becomes permanent is her decision.:):):):)

    Screws are being made with softer and softer material. I do some gunsmithing on my own guns and due to recoil, the screws have to be very tight using Blue Loktite most times. Sometimes I strip a phillips head screw by putting too much pressure on it. I do not want to chance damaging the finish on a gun since there is no easy way to repair that. I have put some nice scratches into my guns when I was using a dremel tool. Then I got turned onto an inexpensive kit to remove damaged screw that works perfectly for me.     Works for me. I use a security screw so between my guns and my gun protector :) I have an effective and safe way of removing all those screws that I screwed up. Pun intended. This is an inexpensive set of tools that come in handy with so many different things. These days screw heads are made of soft metal and I have had a lot of them that just would strip after being in place for many years. This kit fixed the problem every time.
