Issues with RigidChastity..Please help

    Hi,

    Three days ago, i placed an order for Modular 2 chastity device through RigidChastity.com. After placing the order, when i am going into my orders sections, it is saying that i didn't order anything. Also, i had emailed them yesterday, asking about my order and still haven't heard back from them.

    Please anyone call tell me what to do in this case & if anyone else faced similar issues in past and how they solved it? I am really worried and concerned about their lack of response.

    Did you get an email confirmation or was your card charged? Calm down and have patience, rarely does any company reply in just 24 hours.

    from what ive read, rigid chastity is notorious for not having very good customer service, but they do deliver eventually from what ive been told. Give them time.

    I just got email from PayPal about my payment confirmation. But no email form rigidchastity.com.

    Ordered mine a month ago, haven't heard a word either, email comes back undelivered. Think it's due to their location. Have heard they eventually deliver device.

    Before ordering I did call the number on website, did manage to talk with someone but was very broken English so I wouldn't expect a fruitful conversation unless you spoke polish.

    Another member got one, he was equally vague about time from ordering to actually receiving device, but gathered it was around 2 months.
