I would like to stress that there need be no involvement from the lady who volunteers for this.

I would met you somewhere in South Yorkshire at a time and place of your choosing.
I will give you the only key I have to this lock. If I really need out I'll cut the pin.
We can have a walk a coffee and or chat or nothing ...whatever you wish

At a time and place of your choosing between christmas and spring we meet one more time and you return the key.

We need only exchange email addresses or mobile numbers or use a personal message on this site to arrange the times and places that best suit you for both the key exchanges.

Any further or extra involvement from yourself is entirely up to as it what ever form that you might want that to take.
Nothing at all. regular meetings contacts whatever..really whatever.

Complete confidentiality is assured and in return is expected.

You could just get a safe deposit box and pretend the bank clerk is your keyholder. Same level of involvement.

Had you not heard the banks are phasing them out. Although some smaller and foreign banks continue they insist on you having an account there too. Not going to happen.

besides they are expensive for me at this time

Sounds like a service the CM should provide .... for a fee of course :)

Though that would most likely involve giving out your personal address. Which may not appeal to many.

I was chatting with someone today about a system whereby subs who self-lock could send keys to each other. You would have to submit an address (via a disposable email address, if you want), but no other identifying information. Then you are sent an anonymous address to send your keys to, with a rough timeframe (two weeks, three months, etc.), and the return address (or a prepaid mailer with the return address).

The beauty is that nobody knows who the keys belong to. You send your keys to an address, with instructions to return them to 123 Main Street, Fredville, Iowa after 60 days. You get keys from someone who requests them back in 90 days to 456 South Drive, Barneyville, Oregon. But the two of you probably don't have each others keys. You have an address, and someone's keys. And someone else has yours. The more people who take part, the less likely that any two subs could have each others keys. All you would need is someone to take and hand out addresses by email. Get 10 or 20 addresses to start, and set the ball rolling. Anyone not playing fair gets their address banned, and possibly published, which might result in the person who has the keys for that address just trashing them. Play fair, or risk losing your own keys.

Damn but if she just slips off her dirty knickers and hands them to you and says sorry lost the key and walks off?
