Hello I currently have a heart shaped lock with a gold coloured key. Only one key ! My keyholder did wear the key around her neck on a chain, but she felt it was a bit dull when next to any real gold jewelery. Not sure what do. Get new lock and get then get one of the keys gold plated, If so has any one in the north west of England had it done and was it any good. Or should I look at magnet locks and get the magnetic key, gold plated, but then would it interfere with the individual magnet code. Or wait until bluetooth locks/ fingerprint get smaller. Looked at the Stanley heart shaped lock with three number combination, Looked at Louis Vuitton padlock but the keys don’t look nice. Currently I have asked my keyholder to have a look but I would like a selection of ideas to place before her. Any ideas put there? – It’s about getting a nice looking key for her to wear but still works as a key. Looking at Symbolictreasures.com .
If you can't find any way to gold plate the key, you could always put the key inside another piece of jewelry which looks nicer. There are several key holding jewelry ideas I have seen on-line. Good luck.
Try Etsy. I have seen some companies there that do colored locks. I am pretty sure one of them I saw was based in the UK.
They do look nice, I will ask my keyholder But I have been told red heart with an engraving on it. Still need to be told what the engraving should say “Property of ----“ “Release at her lady’s pleasure” “Come when I say” “Slave” “Servant” any idea’s ?? A few years ago I got one of those heart shaped pet tag with "Property of Goddess ----" but that was via an automatic machine. I don't know if I could ask a person to engrave it face to face !
My silver, heart-shaped lock is engraved with my KH's name (possessive tense) and "Pet," to show her ownership of the contents of the cage. I got the lock on Etsy and had it engraved locally, but I have seen similar red locks on Etsy, which can be engraved by the seller.
