    Try using some cortisone cream 1% to knock down the inevitable inflammation. Available OTC in USA. It will bother you for 7-10 days.

    I know its time consuming but stick to using a razor and patience.

    Razor is the only way to do it in my opinion. I use 'queen of shaves' shaving gel and one of thier wishbone shaped razors. Every day all over keeps me super smooth.
