Single or Double Ring

My Jailbird is on its way back to MM (supposed to have been delivered yesterday...thanks USPS). I need to get a base ring reduction but we also decided to modify it into a double-ring. Although the size needed to be reduced, we want to help ensure absolute minimum slippage. I'm told this is the biggest advantage of the double-ring. Should easily be worth the $45 fee then.

i have tried both singel and double rings

and I prefer double ring very much

gives s better and bigger grib around everything without being to big to keep clean

so i will say double double.

I would start with a single base ring if you are high and tight.

I have both a single and double rings for my JB. Both are fine, but I prefer the double. It is somewhat more comfortable, especially after sitting for long periods. I guess the broader surface area spreads the contact out over a wider area. It may retain the silicone lube I use better too.
