How about a dice game Throw a standard die (6 sides) and perform the following action based on the result 1 or 2 : Throw 1 dice 3 or 4 : Throw 2 dice 5 or 6 : Throw 4 dice Throw the amount of dice determine in step 1 Add the numbers from the dice thrown in step 2. This is the number of days without orgasm If you first throw was : 1 or 2 : you will be denied 1 to 6 days 3 or 4 : you will be denied 2 to 12 days 5 or 6 : you will be denied 4 to 24 days

I'm suggesting this because it was done to me once and it was great (albeit disturbing...in a good way)..Short story: I misbehaved and my keyholder at the time used 2 dice to determnine how much longer I would be locked...and she did not tell me the result.
