    I accidently hit post. Here's the rest: The main reason I got a chastity device is because I masturbate too much. I want to stop. I have a high sex drive and don't have anyone to help. I am a virgin. At 24, it has been hard but I'm ok with it. But this has lead me to the masturbating. I want to be able to control myself better. It's difficult to stay locked up when I can just take it off. I think the motivation of a KH and just the fact that someone is depending on me, will make things more manageable.     It is all about will power and just trying to break habits and battling the healthy sex drive of a 24 year old which is very normal.
    So if you are comfortable in your device and beginning to be able to wear it for a week or more then start to push out into ever longer times.
    Lots will give you ideas what to do with the keys even just freezing them into a block of ice is simple but effective.

    However you just have to learn self discipline . I know discipline over a nice Mistress's knee with you pants down is preferable but not always available !

    When you feel like playing with your willy just go out for a run or get some chores done but don't sit at your computer looking at porn.

    If you want to stop having sex, the usual recommendation is to get married. It did not work for me but worked for a lot of my friends. :) I am sexually submissive and learned over the years that Mistresses are all around you, neighbors, co-workers, friends and acquaintances. Only they do not know it yet until you introduce them to it.
