Yes, I do believe that the fit is as close to perfect as you can come. Both Gweny and Mr Mende emphasises that the Arch has to have a snug fit for security and comfort.

 

The day and a half out of the belt has helped me to the next level of comfort with the Arch. So even when all is working above expectations, a short break can work wonders

 

You can get a bit bigger than totally relaxed, but no way to get a full erection. The feeling is a squeeze. You feel when the meat presses against the steel. Erotic but not necessary that painful. Most times it feels good.

It is now 15 days since I put the Arch on and I have been locked in ever since, except for 1½ days. This has been my most comfortable medium term chastity experience since I got in to CBs some 9 year ago. Nothing beats the Arch on any variable so far.

I am now to stay locked-up until April 26 (at least) as this is the 1 month mark. I am sure prolonging this period will meet very few valid arguments against it.


Some new discoveries.

1) Sitting is easier, especially is you sit with your rear pushed against the back rest

2) Sitting on the tube is more comfortable if you are straight, or even leaned a bit forward (so for example dynamic discussions where you lean forward are no problem)

3) I have walked miles in this belt and it is super comfortable

4) You only need a pair of briefs or boxers to hide the belt. I went skiing with some friends who had no idea of the belt.

5) My belt sits very low on the butt (I will upload some pics when possible). Not sure if this is an issue or not. Anyone else with an Arch who want to up-load a pick as a reference? I already got gweny’s pic, but some more references would be great.

Some replies below.
1) The shape of the tube is the standard one. No alterations on my request. The tube is a perfect anatomic fit to the part it is design to restrain.
2) The tube is designed to harbor a semi erection, to avoid edema and allow for peeing. It seems the shorter part of the curvature (the part that sit sung around your balls) is about the length (the exact measure of me flaccid) that I have sent to Mr Mende. To get it shorter you probably have to subtract e few centimeters from your measures risking getting it to short.
3) With the measuring kit it is hard to go wrong, so order this in order to get the right measures. Tight is good if you ask me.
4) No 2 is not really a problem. With the correct fit (wish is tight) you cannot move the cable. So you just have to do your business and let it find its way around the cable. A shower after toilet is a good idea, and having wet-wipes around when out of home. I do not feel less clean than without the belt, and I am a very clean man.
5) Making a video would be no problem, but I do not have a good and anonymous place to put it on the web. A series of pictures could be a good start.

It is now more than 3 weeks ago that I was locked in for the first time in my new Neosteel Arch. Not much has changed, i.e. I am still locked up pretty much permanently and I still love it.

So, 3 weeks in with only 1,5 days out, directly from the box. This belt delivers on a level I could never have imagined.

If nothing unexpected happens the target I set of a 90% lock up time for one month is a done deal

Sorry for the late reply. The belt is not abrasive in any way. I guess your experience is based in a belt with silicone/rubber/neoprene lining. With the metal belt this is no issue what so ever. No sticking to the skin, no problems drying after showers, no problems with sweat/rubber stickiness. If you ever had a watch with a steel bracelet. That is the feeling of a steel belt with no rubber linings. I hope this was helpful.

 

Based on some more experience. Watching bdsm-porn can after a while become painful... In this case I think the belt does just what it is suposed to.
