    I can't speak for most women but only for myself.

    For me, the experience was brought about by some desire that my husband had for chastity and my desire to make him happy. As I have stated, this wasn't something that I was dying to try out and I really could have taken it or left it except that I felt it would have upset him.

    Personally I think a lot of the angles of chastity just wouldn't work for me as none of those things really appealed to me. I was fine with our pre-chastity life and would have continued to be fine without it. Introducing it was kind of annoying in many aspects as it destabilized things in our relationship. (Sorry if that's a buzzkill to so many.)

    certainly not a buzzkill ! its how you felt my wife would still much prefer me to simply forget all my fantasy stuff and be just like all the "normal" husbands of her friends she like you plays along with me to make me happy.

    I come from a different perspective. I initiated and husband/fiancée at the time wasn't crazy about the idea.

    Interesting. I would be willing to bet that most Chastity experiences here were first initiated by the male. (Including my own). Could I ask you to give more details? And Ms Kelly, thank you for your wonderfully honest story. Could I respectfully as you, in the knowledge that you started the game 'for your husband', how you now regard it? Clearly, he is getting something from it, but are you? Would you go back to the non-chaste lifestyle?

    It was a condition for our engagement and subsequent marriage. He proposed and based on previous conversations I told him that my saying yes was based on the condition that he would wear a chastity device in the relationship. He agreed albeit reluctantly. Since then I have replaced the original cage with a Lori tube with a PA piercing securing him.

    Aside from our sexual relationship, things are mostly normal. We have a great time together. I get a lot of attention from him and he from me. The big difference is that our sex life rarely involves freedom for his penis. It is locked all the time except for very special circumstances. Those happen to be when I want to reward him for being patient and obedient. I make those instances remarkably memorable for him. This is how I keep him from going completely insane from being in chasity so often.

    While I practice being very strict with respect to chastity, I do not practice humiliation at any level. My husband has a very nice penis and is appropriately endowed for me. I know that on some level there is an element of humiliation for him because normal sex for us means him remaining locked and pleasing me with on of several of my favorite strap ons, and his talented tongue.

    Most days however are just filled with life. So to sum up what I get out of it, it is a partner. What he gets out of it is me. He would like to be "normal" and be able to make love like "normal" but in the end he wants me more and that is our normal.

    as you are a new member here and have such a wonderful change from the norm we usually see here where it is normally the male pushing this idea into a relationship, i for one would love to hear more from you about what got you into these ideas about this choice of locking your future husband prior to getting wed. I think it would be very interesting to compare the things that drove you to your preferences and whether they compare to the feelings and fantasies a large proportion of the men on here had prior to getting their partners onboard. Please share by maybe starting a thread of your own about it.
