I am locked in a HTv3 24/7. A few days ago my wife was checking me for health and found what appeared at first to be some chaffing from the inside of the tube. She put some antibiotic cream on it and left me out overnight. After locking back up it is getting worse. Almost my entire penis is red now and it looks more like a rash. After we got home last night she unlocked me and I used Boudreaux's Butt Paste on it. I used to get heat rash in the crack of my ass in the summer and this stuff is fantastic. It looks a little better this morning and hopefully it will clear up quickly. Kitten has committed me to LOctober (and maybe NOvember) and I don't want to stay out any longer than absolutely necessary.
The rash cleared in a couple of days . We are keeping a closer watch and being more diligent about cleaning. A MM Jail Bird is in my future.
Order the sizing rings MM offers its a cheap price to pay to get the perfect fit, i've been locked in a Jailbird for over two months and having spent a few days prior in a plastic cage, i can vouch for how much better steel is and Mature Metal devices are the very best!
I have the sizing rings and I also bought a cheap steel device to wear a few days to test the length. Pretty confident I have the measurements right.
Hi folks. I know this thread is 3 years old, but it's still valid. I am new to chastity. I got a Ternence D050 Penis cage. It was like $25 on Amazon. It said medical grade stainless steel so I figured I was good. It seemed to be a pretty tight fit. I thought it would be. Years ago I had trouble wearing cock rings also. The biggest ones I could find locally, always seemed way too tight. No, I am not hung, but I do have big nuts. This cage, presented the same problem. It takes a bit of work to get the ring around my scrotum and cock. Once that is on, putting the cock cage part on is easy. When completely limp and shrunk, It's a bit roomy. Like I said, I'm not hung, 6". So, I wore it for a week my first time and wow did I develop one hell of a rash on one side of my scrotum under the ring. It was very painful to the touch and burned. I have pictures of it, but not sure if I should share or where if I did. Anyway, I had to remove it for awhile. I attempted again a few days ago and after 2.5 days I got a huge rash under the scrotum, but not under the ring. I think I might of been there also, just not quite sure. Didn't have anyone to check for me. I had applied a liberal amount of Johnson's baby creamy oil with aloe and vitamin e, which was a recommendation from some other internet find. I reapplied the cream twice a day and it only took 2.5 days for it all go to hell. So, I am going to try again. I got some Johnson's baby oil and Caldesene medicated protecting powder (cornstarch + zinc oxide). I'm going to try each one. Probably the powder first. Due to the zinc oxide. I will be more than happy to report back on the outcome. Of course, if the powder works, not going to try the oil. Lol Of course, if I missed anything, I would sure love to hear from some more experienced folks. Love ya all, Oralguya1
Rash can come from the material or from moisture. If you no longer have a rash with exposed penis + treatment and the penis is completely healed, try again. If the rash comes back - new cage, then you probably do not tolerate the material.
@Oralguya1 there migt be a bit of roug thing under the cage and it migt scratch a bit. and you have to keep evrthing nice and clean as well.
Yeah, I checked for that but it is completely smooth. I could probably do a better job of keeping it clean to be honest. I am working on that.
I am taking the advice of a couple other people, I am keeping it real clean by showering every day and not using my dove soap in that area. Instead, I am using Dina-Hex 4 which has 4% Chlorhexidine Gluconate (Chg) another common product like this is Hibiclens wish also has 4% Chg. The hospital gave me a bottle of the Dyna-Hex 4 to use prior to an operation, so I figured it would be good to use to avoid a soapy residue. After drying off, I apply the Caldesene powder then later in the day, I apply the regular Johnsons baby oil to the ring area. Hopefully all of this works. I will update because I want to help others who may be going through this!

The distance between the ring is the cage. You don't have enough room. I am going to private message you and try to help you out with this. Hopefully we can stop that skin from breaking or getting roughed up.
