No matter what cage I wear my right ball always finds a way to pop through the gap. The gap is fairly tight. But when my balls pull up/shrink it pulls through and can be quite painful. Any thoughts?
It’s not down to the cage, you need a smaller base ring, but don’t go to mad! For me a 50mm is to big, and a 46mm is far to tight, yet a 48mm is perfect! Don’t underestimate the difference a millimetre can make!
I have a similar problem. Its tough to find right sizes in a non-custom cage, as the usual ring offerings are at 5 mm intervals. Maybe a different ring shape would help. Good luck.
yes the ones that fit close migt be better for you they got a funny bend on them and it make them come close to you. you cud as well put a little rubber band on the one that keep going pop and come out.
I had the same problem and tried going extremely small with the base ring - that just led to discomfort and skin lesions. What worked for me was reducing the gap between the base ring and the cage. My balls could slip between that space with the typical gaps, and the smaller size kept the wily things from squeezing between them.
It is funny I can have a cage on wear it for days no problem then one day my left nut will slip through or depending upon what cage both will slip out and it can be days later. I do know that as I lose weight I need a smaller ring and as I gain a larger ring. But I haven’t found a true ring that will fit perfectly for more than a few days. But when it falls off I just take do my check clean and back on again.
This is the only way I can escape, and it’s accidental. When realised there is now way I could get my balls through that gap, but occasionally my balls decide to pull up and one sneaks through, it’s very annoying. The ring/cage gap is the key, you can’t keep making the base ring smaller. I’m investigating a steel cuff locks around the top of the scrotum that would make the balls pulling through impossible.
Have a look at @CuriousJay photos. Don’t know where Jay got his, there’s a wide range you can buy from https://www.secretleather.com/
When I first tried a 40mm ring, I thought I would die....or at least that my balls would die but anything bigger meant balls going rogue was a constant threat. After a couple of days, I became accustomed to the 40mm and so far so good. I'll be transferring into a Cherry Keeper Headlock Small with 41mm base ring this evening. The ring is fully round so I'm anticipating a but more comfort and more air through the cage instead of a tube type. But look at the gap not only from the side of the device but from ahead or behind. From the side it may only have 3mm but from the bottom of the tube entry hole to the top of the lowest part of the base could be 10mm or more. The Cherry Keeper range offers so many variations on cages AND rings. Low and wide, low narrow, tall wide, tall narrow, flat, ergonomical, different offset angles etc. Check them out. 3D printed so very cheap and I believe the existing users that I have spoken to don't have a bad word to say about them.
I have the same problem but I only have one ball though and the ring irritated my skin a lot don’t know what to do about it. Maybe change for a steel cage ?
I was having this exact problem. Smaller rings and different designs didn't seem to fix it and often caused far worse problems. Paradoxically, the solution ended up being a wider ring with slightly shorter diameter from top-to-bottom. Don't just consider size, but the shape of the ring as well!
The gap isn't the same size all the way around, it's largest dead centre right at the bottom. You might be able to reduce the size of the gap simply by bending the base ring a faction closer to the cage. If you have a steel cage this can be easier to adjust than with a plastic cage, simply take the cage off and reassemble it, place it base ring down on a solid surface and put pressure on the cage to gently bend the pin(s) to close the gap. Plastic cages are more of a problem to do, but two methods you can try. Gently warm the base ring with a hot air gun and squeeze it into a closer position. Or you can use some epoxy resin to bulk up the ring so making the internal diameter smaller. You can work out how much you need up bulk it up by, by wrapping the ring with some tape and wearing it like that first. With all these techniques, do a little, then check. It's better to have little effect and repeat, than to do too much and either break or overdo it.
I lost my cage the other day fell off while working in my fields but I think it fell off in the yard and my sister I think seen it fall and went to scoop it up afterwards now I’m missing a cage and I can’t ask her if she found it either way I’m totally humiliated!
It's been answered already but it is your ring size. I had the same thing happen to me and I told MM about it and they told me my ring size needed to be smaller. Sure enough, no more ball slips.....And yes, some of the worst pain I have experienced
Same thing happened to me. i went from a 50mm ring to a 48 mm and lessened the ball gap from 10mm to 8mm. And fit is perfect with no loss of comfort.
I have tried a 40 but couldn’t get the cage prongs into hole because of too much ball sac skin in the way. Yet 45 always worked but I lost some weight maybe the 40 will fit I hopre
thers a cage that make a lot of ring size and it dont go down like 50 45 and 40 thers lots in between. i have forgot the name but i will try and find it and then come back on here when i can and put the link in for folks to see.
Looks like a common issue. Sometimes i will have an escapee with the same ring cage combo that i have been wearing for days or weeks The male anatomy is a constantly changing thing!
Indeed I changed the ring, it’s much more better now. I’ve been wearing for two weeks straight then off for washing and shaving, then back again. I feel like empty without it.
We tried a few different devices. One actually fell off when I was very soft after jumping into our pool. A few were very uncomfortable. We decided on a cb3000 at the time. It was second hand laying around from one of my wifes live in boyfriends. We then moved to the curve, it was better at hiding. Now we are in a cb6000s, that my wife got second hand here in the market Place.
I went through a similar problem with my MM Queens Keep. At first I went to a smaller base ring, but that caused blood flow problems. Then I realized that the problem was the gap measurement. I had MM make another device with a 1/4” which solves the problem. Now, the only side effect is that my testies can rub raw because of the small gap. So, now after showering I treat my testies to baby oil which lubricates this pinch points. It all works fine now - I’ve spent months in it 24/7 and has not been a problem. Good luck.
