Thank you! Just did the same to my unit. Used a dremel to cut, 220 sandpaper to sand both sides flat, Loctite epoxy plastic bonder, and a dremel polishing wheel to get everything smooth again. Interesting thing to note is that I needed to bump the spacer size up, because the bottom of the unit is larger than the tube part, so doing this mod automatically decreases the amount of available testicle space.
