This is a very honest reply. I would say that most people are either fantasists or not practising chastity beyond ‘playing’ and being locked up for a weekend or so (nothing wrong with that at all) however if you are truly interested in long term chastity and are older than your 20’s I would say your libido will fluctuate and in turn your frustration with being denied.
