So I’m a hairy girl. I shave but never get as smooth as I’d like. That or shaving rash. Has anyone tried home waxing? Any good?

I’d love some people’s thoughts or experiences!

I’d consider looking for a deal on Groupon.com for laser hair removal. Makes for a deliciously smooth look and feel with no ugly bumps and no more shaving!

Go to your local beauty salon, most cater for men if they know in advance

I would purchase some tweezers and an epilator and let the never ending battle commence!-oh and shaving and exfoliating

I had an epilator, very disappointing results. All I was left with was ingrown hairs on my chest ‍♀️

Instead of shaving right away, have you tried a trimmer? I use a body trimmer on a grade one, then if you want super smooth shave the next day with a razor, the shorter hair should give a better result.
I also had good results with hair removal cream on my legs to.

Tried home waxing once and it was a disaster. If you are considering waxing, like others suggested, I would go to a salon. I go every 6 weeks, for back and chest, and it's great. I use a Venus Extra Smooth 5 blade razor on my legs, underarms, and bikini area and shave 2 -3 times per week. Occasionally I also use Veet hair removal cream on my legs; combined with my venus razor, the results are amazing.

That is disappointing to hear Jade. What brand of epilator was it? I have been considering getting one.

Always exfoliate for a few weeks before embarking on any hair removal of any kind :)

I recommend using tea tree oil after too.It stops bacteria entering the small holes left after waxing, epilating, shaving etc
