Hello all, It's been a very very long time. Well I too have been very interested in tube type chastity devices. I could not find what I wanted for a good price. I really wanted a titanium tube that was very light weight and could be worn during sex but yet still not allow me to finish. The first step was to get pierced, Check, April 7th. Pierced with a 10 gauge and have since made my way to 4Ga. Second, find me some titanium tube, Check Third, start grinding. So all the work was done with hand tools; Dremel tool, files, hand drill, ect. I pretty much copied the shape of steelwerksextreme's princes collar, but much simpler as I don't have a wire EDM cutter and CNC machining equipment. The overall total length is approximately 2 inches or 50mm, The outer diameter of the tubing is 1.25 inch (32mm) and the most important dimension the inner diameter is 1.16 inch (29.5mm) Finally the weight. 15 grams or one half an ounce.
