Started last night and still going on. Balls feel a little swollen, but are red, not purple. 45mm ring, loosest I can use. Is this normal? Anything the avoid swelling or help this situation?
Try some kind of lubrication around the ring, avoid drastic temperature changes, don't drink too much and pee before bed, and try not to be aroused for extended periods of time until you body gets used to things. Tingling in legs I can't comment on. If it continues (tingling in legs) you might want to check in with a Dr. Never heard of that problem due to being in chastity. Hope all goes well.
