    So, maybe TMI but 50mm is usually the ring size I need for my base, well today it actually came off with, I added some lubricant to keep it comfortable. So I went down to the next size down and man does it feel tight, it has my attention lol, hoping the tight sensation will ease in a bit.

    Just keep an eye on it and be sure you're getting enough blood flow. Sometimes a smaller ring is just what you need. Good luck and enjoy.

    Welcome. As @MissyB says, check it's not affecting blood flow. If it starts to discolour it's too tight. Good luck
