    My size changes throughout the day. I normally have an inch of room at the front of my cage. When erections happen, I fill up the remaining space, and then some.

    If I get a cage that fits me snugly when small, it'll be very strained when full. If I get a cage that holds me when full, the piercing will "tug" the penis forward.

    Which of those two options do growers with piercings do?

    (I have a frenum, and it seems easier because the underside of the penis doesn't move all that much during the day, and the growth happens in the rest of my physiology, but I'm definitely interested in hearing from growers with PAs, too.)

    My husband is a grower as well, uncut with a frenum piercing. The tube is short but a bit wider, works well.

    You definitely don't want any space at the end when flaccid, or you risk pulling on the piercing. So you need a much shorter cage. The cage and base ring diameters should be small enough to prevent you from becoming fully erect, so the penis should never be "full".

    Your cage is not properly designed. There should be no room when flaccid. The cage should prevent erection to minimize forces on the ring. I am grower too and I have foreskin. I have no issues being locked 24/7. I do everything caged. I don’t think piercing is needed, but that is just a personal opinion. Some people like piercing.     In my case,the cage is flaccid / normal / relaxed length minus about 5mm.
    And the girth some wider that “relaxed” girth.

    the cage should never “pull” the piercing.

    I found that being the cage too narrow makes my penis to fill up from the root when getting hard(er) which pushes the cage portion forward and gives pull on the piercing again…
