I found this site after googling chastity contracts, I started looking around, and now its one of my goto sites. I've recently bought a second device(the first was an utter disaster) and began keeping my husband (successfully)locked in chastity. well i bought a cheap aweful one first from a Chinese website then i did some research and found a silicone one that my husband can wear without problem aside from the capability to(although difficult and painful) maneuver it off. Poor husband! lol Word of advice re. Neosteel. The full belts are difficult to wear 24/7 - very few get on with them in a full-time capacity. Also, I strongly suggest you get advice from wearers here on measurements, which have to be spot on to be wearable for any length of time. My neosteel doesn't fit right and is heavy, so only fun to wear for short periods of time. But when its on, the feeling of security outweighs any device! Hope you're both enjoying the experience
thanks for the heads up I'd really like him to have one that is light, and easily worn everyday but the thing I like about the neosteel belt is that it basically hides everything. With the device he has now it adds bulk, so he has to wear loose pants. so ill probably keep the design but ill keep shopping around. thanks I don't want to another mistake also the.first link I posted was apparently just the site homepage so I posted the link to the product

Im a tad ocd-ish when it comes to writing, and always change things around a few times.(which is why i take forever to respond to anything) I already had some idea on what conditions to include but I also used some ideas from others.( but couldnt tell you what came from where). I also read up on making sure it was legally sound. I mean its a contract, what good would it be if it wasn't legitimate.
I know what you mean. I change things about a lot too. Legally sound can mean two things, though: 1) legally enforceable, and 2) not legally enforceable but not illegal either between consenting adults. 2) should not be a problem, but 1) I doubt can be done as stated. But I'm in UK so maybe things are different in USA, maybe even varies between states, I don't know. But there's no reason not to have also a contract for something vanilla as a way to have a 'handle' you can hang it on, e.g., he visits twice a week to do housework in exchange for you securely storing some possessions, agreement for good length of time or 6 months notice or whatever, and the possessions [including a 'bunch of keys'] the security for the duration.
This is an interesting area on which I'd love to see some case law, but I doubt it will ever happen. Certainly, in the UK slavery is illegal, so any contract that discussed terms of slavery in a D/s context would almost certainly be deemed invalid in law and I suspect that the "owner" may then be subject to prosecution. A contract specifying obligations and responsibilities in a D/s context would probably fall in to your second category. Though, here again, anything referring to physical punishment that can cause bruising or more would also probably be deemed illegal in the eyes of the law since it will lead to 'actual bodily harm'. Of course, this assumes that either party would reach the stage of wanting to go to court and have the contract enforced. It would be a very strange relationship if you were still strongly together and yet felt the need of going to adversarial court to fulfill a part of the relationship that the other partner was not providing. I can't speak for anyone else, but in my own experience a contract was a nice psychological crutch that got me to agree to enter the chastity and D/s world. It seemed to provide some safeguards and guarantees that made me feel safer in trusting someone I didn't know that well at the time. As a new chastity sub it let me believe that I still retained some element of control and was not thrown in to the emotional deep end of zero control immediately. It took about a month to realise that in fact the guarantees of such a contract are an illusion, once the keys are handed over the dom/me can do what they like - or you get out of the relationship. Where it was useful for me was that when I felt I couldn't take any more I still felt honour bound to continue. My Mistress used that to push me through the difficult times. That was many years ago now, and since then we've never needed the crutch of a contract. Relationships are dynamic and what's appropriate at the beginning may become irrelevant quite quickly. So keep talking, learning and changing.
