Hello. I'm seeking some advice for a small problem in chastity. It's not a deal breaker, but it's really annoying. First, lemme tell you a little about myself... I've been hypersexual since I hit puberty many years back and I suspect it's because I have ADHD... For many years I actually enjoyed being a compulsive masturbator, but in recent months I've been trying to be more productive at my PC while also coping with a serious porn addiction... So, I gave solo-chastity a try and I'm loving every moment it. There's just one problem, however... I can't pee while locked up. I have a severe case of "Shy Bladder" syndrome and I can't use urinals in public restrooms. Even when not in chastity. just seeing a fly buzz around is enough to distract me and stop me from emptying a painfully full bladder. So, I put my key in the bathroom medicine cabinet and made a few rules about using the bathroom, so I don't break my chastity streak. If anyone else has this problem and found a way(s) to deal with it, I'd really like to hear it, because this problem makes it impossible for me to try long term chastity. Thanks.
Same here, I struggle to use public urinals unless the bathroom is empty regardless of if I'm locked or not. Sitting down is the best way to go about it. Also, depending on your device, keep q-tips in your pocket. I've found that having one handy to rearrange helps massively.
I'm in a cb6000s, pic in profile, if I'm not lined up with the pee opening, I use a q tip like a pry bar and shift the glans around until I'm lined up.
-----UPDATE----- Well, sitting down didn't fix the problem... I'm still not able to pee while locked in my cage, but I did notice something while trying. It felt like a urine flow wanted to start but couldn't come out until I removed the cage from the ring. I was able to pee without much trouble with the ring still on, so I'm starting to suspect the cage must be blocking the flow somehow. I have 2 other cages, so I'll give them a try and see they make a difference or not.
Make sure you have no discolouration to your penis, if it’s blue/purple or feels cold then the cage is to small and could wee me constricting your flow.
-UPDATE- So, my new medium size (45mm) steel ring for my Keyholder's Prize cage came in last night and it's the right size and very comfortable... BUT... It made my problem with not being able to pee while locked up even worse! Lemme explain... When I wear my CB6000S or my Vice Mini V2, I can pee with the ring still on, but not with the cage shaft on. I can feel a physical blockage when the cage shaft is on. When I tried the Keyholder's Prize cage with the same ring size, I couldn't pee at all until I removed everything including the ring. To test this, I drank a large cup of coffee this morning and waited an hour for it to go through. With the cage shaft off and the ring still on, I couldn't get a urine flow to start and it felt blocked (and painful). The very second after I took the ring off, it just shot out like a firehose! So the problem seems to be physical blockage by the devices themselves and not shy bladder syndrome as I thought. I'm not inserting anything into myself, so long term chastity and distant keyholding are not doable for me. It's a good thing I came up with strict rules for using to bathroom, so I don't break my chastity streaks.
Sorry for the double post but I just wanna say thank you all for the replies. I got some very useful insight, but for now I’m a little too busy with the holiday season to worry about this problem… Perhaps someday, I’ll figure something out.
Maybe you need to get a bit larger cage? If your shaft is to compressed in the cage it closes the urethra.
Well, I don't think it's just thing in particular tbh... I mentioned I was able to pee with the rings on and the shaft off (except for the keyholder's prize cage), but what I neglected to mention was that even though I can, it feels a bit constricted... Meaning it flows, but not as easy as not having the rings on. So, I think it's a combination of both the shaft and the ring. I have 3 cages and they're the real deal, not cheap knock-offs (fakes) and they all came with small (40mm), medium (45mm) and Large (50mm) rings. The small rings cut off blood flow to my balls , so that's way too small. The large rings allow too much movement and slippage happens to often, where as the medium rings hold everything in place and doesn't cut off blood flow. Thing is, I was having this problem even when I initially tried the large rings. No doubt, I'll have to look into this further after the holiday season is over.
-UPDATE- So, I spoke to my doctor about this and was honest with her about my new Chastity hobby... I could tell she wasn't thrilled to hear it, but she played along and told me I took all the right precautions so there's no need to worry about safety or health risks as long as I don't do something stupid for fun. She told me she believes that since I was a compulsive masturbator from puberty, my groin area may have grown in a "deformed" way. Not in a visible way, but she thinks my cock and sack may be a bit oddly shaped and if I wanna be able to pee without having to unlock my cage shaft, then a professional cage designer would have to measure every part of me from the sack to the shaft, down to the very millimeter and I would most likely need a custom 3D printed cage. While I was speaking to her about this lifestyle, I asked her about the possibility of cock shrinkage due to long term lockup sessions... She said it's possible, but not very likely and it probably wouldn't be permanent if it happens. She also told me since I tend to unlock myself when I go to sleep at night, then it won't happen anyway because the night time erections will keep my cock in an expandable state. I wasn't really worried about it anyway, I was just curious since I saw alot of online debate on the matter. Therefore, I think it's best I just keep doing what I'm doing in regards to unlocking my cage to use the bathroom, forbid myself from jerking off and relocking myself before leaving the bathroom. So... I guess mystery solved. Onto something productive.
Who else am I gonna ask who knows me? If you read everything, you'd see I mentioned she told me to talk to a "professional cage designer". Did you miss that part?
I'm not arguing with you, or saying you shouldn't seek the help you need. I'm implying that the doctor probably practices chastity herself to be so knowledgable
Oh, I see what you're saying... I think if she was actually practicing chastity then she likely wouldn't have given a slightly disgusted look when I brought it up... I think it's more likely I'm not her only chaste patient.
-UPDATE- I was given a personal recommendation on a particular lightweight steel cage, so I just ordered it and I'll see how it works out after it arrives.
-UPDATE- I have good news and bad news... Frist of all, the bad news (wanna get it over with); The personally recommended cage arrived but it's way too big and impeding. Totally impractical for me. The good news; I was FINALLY able to pee in my steel Keyholder's Prize cage this morning while still locked in it. It took a minute to get a urine flow started but once it did, it came out just fine and I didn't have to unlock myself. I guess my body just needed some time to adjust to my new lifestyle. I'm gonna keep going and try to further train body to pee while still locked up, because I really wanna give long term chastity a try and this cage is working surprisingly great for me. It's comfortable even during nighttime erections (unlike the CB6000S & Vice), which is also very important to me.
