    That is a bold statement. Can you back that up with evidence? I have a large Slavic family on my wife's side, and although they are worried about the region in general, I am pretty certain they don't see it as "their own" war. I'm even more certain that the Slavic countries have a strong sense of their identity within their country. For instance: Never mistake a Slovak for a Czech, even if their babka is!

    Don't worry. I know also enough about the Slavs. "Never mistake a Slovak for a Czech" - I know that very well. :) Old Czechoslovakia, Slovaks and Czechs split up without a mutual war. They are two small Slavic nations, but at that time they had an extremely large number of weapons (From the Cold War era.) Hundreds of planes, thousands of tanks... (More tanks than Germany and France have together.) Czechoslovakia had been preparing for the great war. The 80s (English subtitles.):




    Also interesting song is here: "I am for - make war in this world. Our weapons must not rust. So go to sweep the world, Sir General! .... Who has more weapons, has right, truth, respect, etc."


    - The hard truth for this world. And the Slavs also know easily translate their militant songs into reality. Slavs have half of Europe and almost half of Asia, it is not a coincidence. There is a lot of spilled blood behind it, many wars. They know how to defend their Slavic empire.

    But you are not a Slavic. And those captions, what I put here, are from the Slavic. As you can see the Slavs are not politically correct and so oversensitive like you. You can also see their songs. Hard honesty, no napkins. I am often among Slavs and in Slavic countries. War is war but the questions of who is on which side lead to political discussions. And for it is better avoid so specific questions. You just enjoy the militant girls, please! And don't worry. ;)
