:smilies_xxx21:So I'm getting ready for spring time yard work.I stopped to get some mower parts.Then I past a place called Tractor Supply they carry all types of things for the house,yard or farm.Now understand this place is not in a farming county per say but there are a few left.I wonder the rows of the wares in the place and get to the horse tack section.Being of a kink mind "riding crops" come to mind.Jackpot! tucked way in the far corner of the store I see a rack aginst the wall.All kinds of them I think.buggie whips long handel thingies BUT ONLY 1 CROP LEFT!!!I just snickered to myself.I told Ms. M. about it she broke up laughing.Well I said I think there just mybe more horses in the garages around here than you think. Not bad prices though $10.00- $19.99
i notice little things like this all the time, lol. i stay clear of the pet section and keep me out of the hardware stores!
I didn't have to buy anything Ms. Mary has a full line of crops,canes ,paddels, ect.I even made a humbler.Being a person with lots of tools and a some what of a craftsman its fun to create things.The custom crops-1 has a big M on the end another has a heart shape.other items,I have made,a potable pillory padded leather holes,a folding sawhorse cuff collars and a bowlingball with a leg iron.But I did have to get rid of some things I ran out of storage. I wonder are there any other kikny craft people here?I know mike cb is into metal.:chores025:
