It just naturally developed over time, so I would think it was driven by D, after all when you are pierced and locked in a secure cage, there is no cheating and you certainly cannot unlock it without the key.

There is no goal from my side. It all depends on what D wants, but it would appear D sees no reason to allow an orgasm. It can interfere with the devotion toward her. The desperation to be close is amplified when you remain without.

I would think the driver was D, she enjoys having the power to determine when and also keep me on the edge of frustration and desire. The longer she takes it the more she enjoys.
