Edema and hopefully tips for solving it

So guys (and girls) normally after a week or two of wear edema appears for me. Normally on the underaidw of the penis i am uncut and this time i wanted to hopefully solve it for good here is the usual device, comfortable but always causes the issue.

 

After a week i was unlocked for inspection this normally means a few days freedom, not this time we decided to try this cage and see if the swelling subsides....

 

And it did after a day completly gone, so crazy idea number one..... Its always the same spot so i decided to take matters intoy own hands, with the cage below i took an angle grinder file and sandpaper to it and removed the bottom 2 sections of the cage to allow for expansion of the foreskin.

I figured its always in the same place so if i cut those sections out it has free flow and hopefully no issues. I will keep this thread up to date and check in in a few days to see if the issue has resolved.

*i only get away with cutting away a large section of the cage because we do use the urethral insert, if you are not using an insert then um afraid this will be pretty useless as your dick will just pop out (sorry)
