At the end of the day, it had this tone of "are these investigations just going to create more divisiveness? Maybe we just need to move on from this." I ended up seeing an entry on Reddit under the subreddit r/facepalm this morning where they posted some tweet of a guy making fun of NY Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis after she asked how much Fauci made from the pandemic and he said Zero. The connotation being "you dumb conspiracy theorist woman, of course he didn't make anything!"

I know Reddit is a liberal waste pit but the post has over 16k likes and over 2k comments. I'm summarizing a bit here obviously with 2k comments, but it appears that everyone in that subreddit is calling the Fauci hearing a witch hunt on a great man and just a republican stunt to satisfy a voting base of conspiracy theorists. Lots of comments about the vax being great and Fauci saving the world. While I agree that there is a lot of political theater going on, I also believe that Fauci truly is the shit that gets stuck in the slime trail of a snail.

Honestly, the cognizant dissonance that I experienced reading those comments affected me. The thinking and logic is so dramatically the polar opposite of what I think that I cannot comprehend how people can be so blind or close minded. Then I see them criticizing conservatives of the exact same thing that conservatives criticize liberals and I realize it truly is just a warped game with no winners or losers. I so wanted to comment in there but I know it would be wasted words.

Yesterday in the case entitled, Health Freedom Defense Fund, Inc vs. Carvalho, et al., the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has delivered a seismic decision that could reshape public health policy across the nation.

In a contentious case involving the Health Freedom Defense Fund and other plaintiffs versus the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the court has declared that mRNA COVID-19 injections do not qualify as “vaccines” under traditional medical definitions.

The case revolved around the LAUSD’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, which required all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by a specified deadline.

The plaintiffs argued that the district’s vaccine mandate infringed upon their fundamental right to refuse medical treatment, as the mRNA injections do not prevent the transmission of COVID-19 but merely mitigate symptoms for the recipient. Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced Monday he is suing pharmaceutical giant Pfi$er for misleading Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its Chinese Coronavirus vaccine.

During a press conference in Topeka, Kansas, Kobach detailed the allegations lodged against Pfizer.

In the 180 page complaint, the State of Kansas outlines several specific allegations in its lawsuit:

1. Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.

2. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.

3. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.

4. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.

5. To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.

6. Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a “safe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.

7. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.

8. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., regardless of whether any individual consumer ultimately received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

9. Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” said Attorney General Kobach at the press conference.

BOTTOM LINE: Fraud erases any protections that Pfi$er may have had with respect to the sales and marketing of its so called “vaccine.”
