Hi all, I prefer steel cages. I have tried all ring sizes and found out I like it snug and tight but not to tight because of blood circulation. So I stick with a 45mm ring wich is very comfortable. My cage is a closed cap with a pee hole, en the lenght is only 25mm. The problem is when my pp tries to grow the base ring slides down, away from the body, and the result is there is to much room to grow. Yesterday I took a small piece of rubber (from the inside tire of a bycicle) en glued it on the inside of the ring, only at the top. So the rest of the ring is still metal touching the skin and giving enough possiblity for the skin to move around. But because of the rubber on the inside of the top it is rough and it can’t slide over the skin anymore. I have slept overnight with it and I am very happy with the result. Just see for yourself.
