Ordered my first custom cage yesterday. In steel with a hollow 4 ga PA fixing. Looking forward to a more secure comfortable lock up!

Youming is excellent to deal with and communication is very good, I have two of his devices, the first is also a BA28 but in stainless with solid pa hook, the second in titanium is much better at a third of the weight.
What is the diameter of your hollow PA? How well does it work? Does all the urine come out through the hollow PA, or is there some that escapes where the PA enters the penis on the bottom?
Yes it works very well, if any pee escapes through the piercing it is so little it isn't noticeable, may be different for other wearers of course. From memory the pa tube is 5mm maybe 6, it is the narrowest available size for the hollow tube.
Thanks! I will likely eventually get a PA and order a BAW cage to match. The last time I looked, he didn't make hollow PA tubes smaller than 7mm. I'm happy to learn that 5mm is an option, and that it works well for you
hi Sissywindsor, Beautiful cage you have! It suits you very well! I decided to go for a BAW cage as well.. Can you help me with deciding the “placement” of the PA? I’m wearing a 12mm 0g TDR How did you come to you “PA depth” when ordering?
The pa depth is literally the distance from the tip of the cock to the piercing but the cage length must be no longer than the cock in its smallest state or it wont be comfortable, I've had many cages over the years so arriving at good measurements was helped by that. Just measure and measure again many times before you order, good luck ! I'm doing Locktober and may not be released after it anyway.
