    No issues after a week, but there is not a lot of room to grow in my cage, that might help a lot.

    Thanks for these. A picture of the device fully assembled but not being worn would be helpful.

    I’m still trying to understand how the retainer ring is not easy to tamper with and defeat in an open cage. I was thinking of getting a clamshell-style Lori’s device with a relatively solid top to prevent access to the ring when it’s being worn.

    It would be possible to snag the ring with something that is inserted between the bars of an open cage and then pull out the penis. But, in my experience, the glans must be significantly squeezed to get it into the ring. It would not be possible to get the penis back into the ring, so any pullout would be detected.

    I wonder about the degree of squeezing required. The "stocking method” works for small circumference devices, so I imagine it would work with a retainer ring unless the ring is quite small. And at that point, I would be worried that it might restrict circulation too much to be safe.
