    I am currently wearing a metal device whose total length is just 40mm(1.5 inches) and cage length is 25mm. So, i am wearing this device from past 2 weeks. This device is so small that it when nocturnal erections occurs the device moves just few centimeters away while restricting the whole package.

    And some nights i don't get nocturnal erections, so i was wondering what happens if someone doesn't know allow or block nocturnal erections for a longer period of time and did a search and found this good article:

    Yep very good article and full supported by blokes who want to play with their thingy at every possible chance to make sure it won't fall off or go crispy and die.

    Unfortunately read around the guys who want to be eunuchs and they would pay serious money if they could get the effect that these articles warn about .

    So sorry keep locked up and it won't fall off .

    And those of us who are locked, and only sleep about two hours maximum at a stretch.... well, now we know why it has to be locked away.
    It's been, maybe, six months since a five hour sleep?
    Chronic insomnia sucks.

    I can't say but I went a few years, in my early twenties, when morning wood did not really happen, mostly due to meds (I guess). It hasn't changed anything.

    They are interesting links , I've dropped a ring size from an initially tight 40mm ring to a 36mm ring , this is now becoming more comfortable to wear . I'd does not surprise me that some shrinkage May occourance
