Contract of Submission

Purpose and terms​

Statement:

This contract is binding between the KEYHOLDER(S) and subject. From this day forth the KEYHOLDER(s) will be known as KH and the subject will be known as sub. This contract may be terminated at anytime by any party involved for any reason. This contract is binding upon signatures at the end of the document. Any arbitration of contract breach will be heard by the KH. KH may, at any time, seek to amend the contract after consultation with the sub. The sub, at any time, may ask the KH to amend this contract in the form of a consultation. All amendments by the sub must be submitted in writing. If the amendment requested is not ratified, the KH may, at her discretion, place judgment on the sub for “wasting her time” and render punishment. Terms of punishment will be defined in this contract.

Consideration:

Whereas the KH desires to have and control the sub and is prepared to dedicate sufficient (sufficient defined by the KH) amounts of her time and energy of time to keep, train use and abuse the sub. For her efforts, the KH will receive $20.00 from the sub.
Whereas the sub desires to be completely controlled, kept and used by the KH and is prepared to totally submit himself to the domination of the KH.

Overview:

Any and all arguments concerning this contract will be heard in the court of the KH. It is not legally binding in any other court.

The sub will wear a male chastity device. The sub will not tamper with, attempt escape from nor destroy the device as it is the property of the KH (even though the device was purchased by the sub). The sub will perform all duties asked of him, without bitching, moaning or complaining, even when not in lock up. On the rare occasions when the sub is permitted freedom, he will act as a normal human being. His heart, soul and body parts will remain the property of the KH and he will be subject to her in all ways. The sub will maintain proper hygiene with his entire body and he agrees to maintain the device in “as new condition”. The sub will follow all instruction from the KH from this day forward and is subject to inspection at any time. All details regarding duration of confinement, expectations for behavior and punishment will be detailed in the Terms section of this contract. Any details not in this contract may be added either verbally or in writing by the KH at anytime.



The KH will, at all times, treat the sub with fairness (whatever that means). The KH will enforce and oversee this and other contracts. Any ruling or punishment handed down by the KH will be considered final. If the sub requests an objection or modification and is denied, additional time of confinement will be added on to the sentence. Other creative methods of punishment may be handed down by the KH as she sees fit as a substitute for extending the sentence. The sentence will be defined as release dates of the sub. The KH will keep track of these dates (Time permitting). The KH will be expected to enjoy herself and find ways to make her life more relaxing, exciting, enjoyable and sexually satisfying. The KH may place expectation on the sub to make the above a reality.

The KH has ownership rights to the sub. The KH may rent, sell, or disregard the sub at anytime and for any reason. The sub may request a hearing on the rent or sale. Arguments will be heard by the KH and if deemed the argument is unjust she will act accordingly, serving her best interests.

The KH may appoint, at a time of her choosing, an alternate KH known as AKH. The AKH will have all dominion over the sub but will act accordingly to the agreement between her/him and the KH. The sub has no say so in the appointment of the AKH other then to know who it is. Any agreements between the KH and AKH are between them alone and are of no concern of the sub. The AKH does not initially have ownership rights to the sub. The KH may grant ownership rights at her discretion and at anytime. If the KH appoints an AKH, the sub must pay $20.00 directly to him/her for the contract to be binding upon them.



Purpose of Lockup:

It has been determined by both the KH and the sub that the sub has been less then adequate satisfying the needs of the KH both in attitude and sexual prowess. Reasons for this according to the KH are as follows (in her own words):

1) Jacks off too much.

2) Has his hands on his cock more than necessary

3) Doesn’t pay attention to her when he watches sports

4) Does not always have a hard cock when she wants it

5) After he cums he is no longer interested in continuing to serve her

6) Doesn’t give her massages unless he wants to (satisfy himself) fuck.

7) For her fun and enjoyment

Reasons according to the sub are as follows:

1) Jacks off too much

2) Focuses on his own satisfaction ahead of the KH

3) Believes attention needs to be on the KH vs. his pleasures

4) Believes that lock-up is the best way to turn his attention to the KH and other necessary tasks

5) Trusts the KH will keep his best interests in mind while satisfying her own needs, wants and desires

6) Deeply wants to please the KH and knows that her holding the key to his distraction will lead him to a happier existence

7) The sub just thinks it’s hot

Due to above reasons and beliefs the two parties have come to an agreement. He must be locked up. Terms as follows:

Terms:

As of this day, the sub will become the property of the KH. All rights of the sub will be dictated by the KH. The rights of the sub are as follows:

You have the right to do as you are told. You have the right to worship and obey the KH. You have the right to give up all rights to the KH. You have given up all other rights.

The 10 Behavioral Expectations Of The sub​

The KH has expectation of the sub. Because the sub has been deemed an inadequate lover it has been decided that chastity may cure some deficiencies. It is understood that even if the sub can return to some sense of normalcy in his ability to perform satisfactorily, the KH deserves better than satisfactory. Because of this, the following are expectations of the KH concerning the sub:

1) It is expected that the sub will be prepared to attempt to satisfy the KH on a moment’s notice, repeatedly.

2) It is expected that the sub will enhance his oral abilities

3) On occasion, the sub will be expected to satisfy both men and women of the KH’s choosing

4) The sub will be expected to help in the selection process of finding suitable lovers for the KH

5) The sub will be expected to assist the KH in any way possible to ensure time spent with her lovers exceeds her high standards and expectations

6) The sub will be expected to treat the KH’s lovers with respect and see to it that they have what they need to take her beyond a level of mere satisfaction

7) The sub will be expected to assist the KH in her preparation for dating

8) The sub will assist the KH in post sexual play

9) The sub is expected to dispose of his own cum in a safe way as not to do harm to anyone unless ordered otherwise by the KH

10) The sub must expect the unexpected while expecting nothing

Needs of the sub:

It is noted herein that the sub does have needs. Other than the assurance that he is loved and looked out for concerning his safety… WHO REALLY CARES!

It is simply understood that the mere fact that the KH has taken on the overwhelming tasks bestowed upon a KH, that the KH has nothing but love for the sub. This love is an undying feeling from the heart. If the KH did not have this love, the KH would not bother with this contract. Because of this love and a certain sense of pity, the KH may bestow upon the sub certain liberties.

Liberties for sub:

At the sole discretion of the KH, the sub may be allowed certain liberties. The sub may request liberties but should never expect them granted. The sub must never take liberties without permission. It is considered good that the sub makes requests for liberties as it opens the communication lines between himself and the KH. The sub will be grateful at all times but when rewarded with liberties the sub MUST exhibit gratitude above all expectations of the KH. One liberty the KH will never grant is self masturbation for his pleasure. Examples of liberties might consist of such things as sleeping in her bed, wearing panties, smoking women’s cigarettes and sex with others. If, within this contract, it doesn’t say the sub can, he can’t. Anything not stated within this contract are to be considered liberties. A list of liberties may be requested in writing by the KH from the sub.



Duration of Lock-up:

Preface

As stated previously the purpose of the device is to give the control of orgasms by the sub to the KH, which will divert his focus back to the KH. It is a medical fact that orgasms are not necessary for the wellbeing of the male species. However, release of the male sperm is necessary. How the sperm is released will be dictated by the KH. The KH will also dictate how the sperm will be disposed of. Because the sperm of the sub has been deemed basically useless (other then protein value) the sperm of the sub will, from here on out, be referred to as worthless goo (WG). If possible, WG should never be allowed to contact the flesh of the KH. During a rare instance of ejaculation during unprotected intercourse with the KH the sub must clean the WG from the KH. Proper disposal methods of the WG are as follows:

1) Consumed by the sub

2) Flushed down the toilet

3) Rinsed down the sink.

Putting a condom filled with WG into a waste basket is not considered a proper disposal method. The WG must be removed from the condom in one of the approved methods before discarding the condom in the waste basket. The KH may add further instructions concerning disposal to ensure the WG does not make contact with anything important.



Lock Up:

The first week

The first week will begin with the “Lock-Up Ceremony”. The ceremony time, place, day and details will be determined by the KH. The sub will wear the device during daylight hours and may be removed during the nighttime for sleeping purposes. If the sub experiences pain during the first week he may request to have the device removed. This request will be considered by the KH depending on the amount of “pain” the sub is experiencing. The KH will determine if it is actual pain or just merely discomfort that he must get used to. If the KH determines the sub is requesting release without true need, the KH will administer punishment for an unsubstantiated request. The sub will not be allowed to remove the device himself unless the KH grants him this privilege.

After the first week

The sub will wear the device full time except to be removed for sanitary purposes (to clean the device, himself and shave) weekly or as needed determined by the KH. These releases are not for the pleasure of the sub. No self masturbation or orgasms will be permitted during times of sanitary release. If the sub attempts to self pleasure himself he will be punished by the KH. The severity of the punishment will be determined by the KH.

Expected Exemptions From Lock Up:

The following are days the sub can expect to be un-locked from the device and have an orgasm with KH. These days are above and beyond any other days the KH may allow the sub to be unlocked from the device.

December 28[sup]th[/sup]

Other dates may be added by the KH.



One day every 2 weeks the KH will allow the sub to be unlocked from the device. During this unlocked day the sub is not allowed to masturbate or have an orgasm. It is strictly for “airing out”.

One day each month the KH will allow the sub to be unlocked from the device. On this day the sub has complete freedom except for masturbation. This day must not coincide with the above dates and must be a different day of the month. The day will be determined between the KH and the Sub at the beginning of each month. At the sole discretion of the KH, this “One Day Each Month Exemption” may be removed from the contract for any reason.



Other Exemptions with prior approval from the KH:

1. Play dates with others (Swing Lifestyle Events)

2. Extended motorcycle trips

3. Vacations

4. Dr. Visits

5. Airplane travel (Only removed for actual travel)

6. Swimming/Water sports

7. Other events as determined with approval by the KH



WG Removal:

As previously stated, because it is un-healthy for the sub to have WG in his system the sub must be allowed to have his WG expelled from his system on a regular basis. His WG will be expelled every 2 weeks. This may occur during an expected or other exemption day from lock up as noted above in this contract only if the KH has authorized the sub to have an orgasm on that day. If the sub is not authorized to release his WG on one of the expected or other exemption days and it has been 14 days since the sub has had his WG expelled from his body the KH will ensure the WG is remove by a method approved by the KH. The sub must dispose of his WG as stated earlier in the contract.



Punishments:

The KH has authority and the right to punish the sub for various or no reasons. These punishments are for the discipline of the sub and the pleasure of the KH. The KH will administer punishments based on the needs of the sub. The KH will expect the sub to come up with creative methods of punishment. The type of punishment may vary according to the offense of the sub. The types of punishment may include the following forms:

a) Physical pain (spankings, whippings, electric shock, hot wax…)

B) Extended means of discomfort

c) Bondage

d) Humiliation

e) Denial of un-lock days

f) Retraction of liberties

The punishment may include any form and severity of punishment that she deems fit for the training & discipline of the sub. The KH will at all times ensure the safety of the sub and not incur any un-necessary pain, punishment or humiliation of the sub beyond what is necessary.



Other Expectations Of The sub During Lock-Up:

· The sub will do his best to ensure comfort for the KH

· The sub will not whine, beg or attempt to manipulate the KH

· The sub will not argue or antagonize the KH

· The sub will accept any form of punishment enthusiastically and cheerfully

· The sub will wear clothing suggested by the KH

· The sub will show respect and admiration at all times to the KH

· The sub will respect the private time(s) of the KH

· The sub will, to the best of his limited ability, assure the sexual pleasures of the KH are met

· The sub will assist the KH in finding suitable pleasure givers or lovers for her enjoyment.

· The sub will submit to anyone the KH instructs him to submit to

· The sub will maintain a smooth body (no hair below his eyes)

Boyfriends/Pleasure Givers/Lovers​

Preface

Boyfriends/Pleasure Givers/Lovers will be known as BPL. The sub and KH have had many discussions concerning BPL in “hot talk” situations to stimulate the sub while he touched himself in the form of masturbation. We all know why we are here now!!!

Because the sub will no longer be masturbating, the need for “hot talk” concerning BPL is no longer necessary. Any discussion of BPL will be considered actual discussion and taken seriously. Because of the sensitive nature of the KH actually taking on BPL, a decision regarding actually having them will come at a later date. Although there is overlapping content concerning BPL and this contract, a separate contract will be drawn up by the KH giving her the freedom to bed BPL as she chooses. The sub may either accept or reject that contract. Content within this contract concerning BPL may be amended by the KH. The subject of taking on BPL will be initiated by the KH at a time the KH feels is appropriate and/or necessary. The following does not grant the KH intimate sexual rights between the KH and BPL.

Selection of BPL(s):

Exclusions of potential BPL will include all xxxxxxx and close friends. It is acceptable and encouraged that former “lifestyle” playmates be considered for BPL (excluding xxxxxxx and close friends) All BPL will be informed of the sub’s situation. The ideal PBL should take enjoyment from this contract with an understanding that the sub is, in effect, participating. All BPL must be healthy, drug and disease free & discrete. Any BPL must be agreed upon by both the sub and KH as suitable. The KH, from this day forward regardless as to whether or not she decides to bed a PBL, will make herself available to meet them any way she sees fit. She is free and encouraged to flirt, chase and pursue as she pleases. She may opt to have personal profiles on the internet to solicit BPL. The KH may request the sub to help in setting up profiles. Correspondence between BPL and the KH are the sole business of the KH unless the KH deems it necessary to share information. Any prodding by the sub will result in severe punishment. Any meetings between the KH and PBL should be agreed upon by both the sub and KH unless the sub is not in the immediate vicinity. Whenever possible, the KH will make the sub aware of potential BPL. The KH will not tease the sub by making false statements regarding BPL. In other words, if the KH says she is meeting a BPL for lunch, she is actually doing so.

During any dating the sub must remain in lock up. If the date falls on a “free day” for the sub the “free day” will not be honored but moved to another day. The sub may be present only at the request of the BPL and KH if they wish. In such cases where the BPL and KH decide to have the sub present, the sub will only be permitted physical contact with the KH or BPL with their approval. The KH may grant temporary KH rights to a BPL.

When dating a BPL the KH must consider the sub and remember he is a big part of the experience. Audio, video, text messaging, phone and photography are all acceptable methods of communication between the KH and sub. The sub may not initiate contact during a date unless requested to do so. This may be required to ensure the safety of the KH when meeting a new BPL. The sub may request this prior to the KH leaving for a date. Prior to a date the sub will tend to the KH’s every need and desire. It is at this precious time the KH will receive the greatest of attention by the sub.

Any other requirements of the BPL are at the sole discretion of the KH and are of no concern with the sub.

Consideration restated:

Whereas the KH desires to have and control the sub and is prepared to dedicate sufficient (sufficient defined by the KH) amounts of her time and energy to keep, train use and abuse the sub.
Whereas the sub desires to be completely controlled, kept and used by the KH and is prepared to totally submit himself to the domination of the KH.

By signing and dating below all parties are entering into this contract along with the $20.00 dollar payment from the sub to the KH or KHA. Terms are stated at the beginning.

Termination:

This contract will remain in effect indefinitely but may be terminated by either party at anytime. Termination of this contract will result in immediate release of the sub for lock-up.

i know it's long... sorry about that. We emailed it back and forth and this is the comprimise we came up with. There were certain things we both wanted in the contract and there are some designed loop-holes we each engineered into it. For us, it's meant to be SERIOUS fun.

The printed and signed copy is sitting on the night stand in her bedroom. We have already had discussion regarding specifics... i've lost every discussion. It's fun for us and has opened up communications that were previously shut down due to the restraints of our busy lives.
