Hygiene is often an issue when using any device and especially with a full belt. Since I have recently been wearing a belt recently, I bought a handheld bidet attachment which is commonly used across the Middle East. It was only $35 and took 10 minutes to install. It works great and can even be used for an enema if you want. It’s nice to get almost shower fresh anytime you use the toilet!

Great tip. Thank you Jessica. Hygiene is my primary "enemy" when it comes to longer term wear. The curves certainly intersect earlier than I'd like between health and convenience. I think I could go somewhat indefinitely in terms of comfort, but with my current CB6KS, I only go a day or two without removal and a thorough cleaning.....and THEN I need to let my skin normalize because it's bathing in lube otherwise.

Hello Cherry Keeper.....hopefully arrives in a week or two...

Bidets were, not surprising , in big demand in the states at the start of the pandemic. Lots of folks realized they would be useful with a toilet paper shortage. I'm assuming most weren't in chastity tho - lol.

I've used a bidet seat for some time and have a hand spray on the other toilet. I feel like a complete savage when I am forced to use toilet paper instead of washing with water. Check out the smartbidet1000 on Amazon. I love it and it does the trick.
