I have no keyholder as I can't find anyone local at the moment. I quite enjoy remote/online submission but I know a lot of Mistresses don't like keyholding without the physical key in their possession, and that means backup keys too! I am not comfortable being without an emergency key that I can get to relatively easily, and keys need to be returned for cleaning on a regular basis. So I'm struggling with giving up all keys to distance. I love the idea of someone posting me a keyless lock, but then there's no key at all for emergencies! I was wondering how others deal with this challenge if they have remote keyholders? How far away are your keys and what arrangements do you have in place that support emergency situations?
