    Good afternoon CM, so me and the wife are going to step this up a gear this year. But i have a problem, im at the stage now, on only day 7 that i can hardly take any stimulation, i enjoy being edged but im like minutes the first few times then it goes to seconds. Is this normal or do i need to man up and hold it back better?

    Ok: if your wife is using her thumb and forefinger to edge she could try switching to just using her finger to edge by lightly stroking; or if she hasn't tried CBT give that a go with the focus on your balls.

    Promescent also works very well. It is on Amazon, but a bit pricey. It doesn't take much though.

    Forgive me for not knowing how long you have been doing this as I have been away for a long while. With that said, if long term chastity is newer to you it does take some time to get everything under control. When I first started, I had a hair trigger, if you catch my drift. Now my wife can edge for sometime and I can hold off. I agree with what has been said, mix some pain in there to help kill the instant pleasure rush. Hope that helps
