Finding the right device can be difficult. And it's usually not a cheap endeavor. For my needs I had to find a device that was both undetectable to metal detectors and still have the ability to use a metal rather than plastic lock. This narrowed me down to either plastic or resin cages that involved an integrated lock. I've found the holy trainer magic lock works well for the purpose and can be used with other integrated lock devices. It is also undetectable to metal detectors so it was a good set up, whereas a pad lock would surely trigger the alarm. The down side. Labor intensive job involving changing climates, long hours, and lots of sweat. I've not found a device suitable for work wear on these conditions. Best advice I can give is before attempting any sessions in which your keys will be out of reach for an extended period of time, test it for a week without a key holder. You might do well the first night, get all excited and say ok I'm ready! But give it a few days. I do find it disappointing not to be able to wear for extended periods of time like I used to. On the other hand bringing in income is more important. Of course, if you're in a relationship, you always have the option of being locked as soon as you get home. So anyways, try it before you go all in.
Have you thought about trying a tube only device? I have been sporting an Evotion Wearables Bijou cage and it is working out fantastic. I live in So Cal and travel a bit between the coastal areas where it is a nice 70-80 in the summer and the Palm Springs area where last week it was up to 118-120. NO issues with the device in the heat whatsoever .... yea, I was a sweaty mess, but there was no discomfort from the device. Btw .... I do construction work, so yea, I totally get the "physical labor" aspect of what you are asking or saying. When I have tried using the ball trap devices, that heat woulda been a "cut this F'n thing off and forget about this chastity stuff" if I did not have access to a key. I remember trying a day or two like that, and it was always a no go after that day #2. Just too much for me.
Interesting! I didn't know there was such a thing. Definitely the ring was always the problem and not the cage itself. My skin was so raw the last time I tried I was like nope. This just isn't going to work. I'll have to look into it.
Oh it's secured by a piercing. That makes sense. I should have figured. I've had ears and lip done in the past but I'm not brave enough to venture down there lol.
Lol I can't do it. But! This is really good advice for anyone else having the same problem and willing to brave it. Thanks for sharing!
@ashes1334 - You might look into Ms Lori devices. She has a non pierced model .. I think it is a ball trap style, but the concept of how they do the internal glans ring to prevent pull out .... might work in a tube only device? Might also open the door for some pinching though .... hmmm. Will have to look into and think about that.
Not too familiar with them. But doesn't sound like we're quite there yet. Not sure that it could be done or if so what the hygiene aspect would be like. Again I can't complain. It's my fault for not wanting to get pierced down there. But I'm stubborn. Lol
I wear a metal cage. Work in the trades fixing houses. All the time.... No issues. Set off metal detector too. But im ok with that...
That's cool. Wouldn't work for me. Have to pass through detectors regularly, just wouldn't want to deal with it.
Went to the big E with in on. You just have to say its body jewelry. Told the guy with the wand, that my privates are in a metal cage. Shoulda seen the look on his face. I was kilted too.
