Flat or round Ergonomic ring

Really depends on what fits best and it's most comfortable. I find the round ergonomic rings are the most comfortable. Comes down to the wearer.

 

Ergonomic rings feel great. I have high and tight balls though so they tend to slip past the ring because the gap is wider at the bottom. So maybe order and smaller gap if you have the same.

 

It’s down to what you find the most comfortable, the ergonomic rings don’t work for me as they create a bigger ball gap and the cage digs in to me, so I prefer a standard ring.

 

I've not had success with the ergo rings. The progressive gap from them allows my balls to pull thru. I prefer a slight oval with a flat ring made of round stock. It keeps the proper gap from top to bottom to keep the balls trapped properly.

 

For me, high and tight is when the scrotum gets so tight the balls smash into the gap when caged. When not caged, they can nearly vanish. When I'm tight, if the gap isn't just right, I've had them squeeze thru very painfully. Or they are just so tight against the gap, it gets painful. It's a fine line I guess.
