I think you mean apadravya. I had one, did it myself. For me, very little pain. Healing went very well. Took a few weeks to fully heal, before I could use it, so to speak. Since yours will be used as a chastity piercing, no problem. I eventually did an ampallang as well. This is referred to as a magic cross. I loved that look and feeling.
